My mother said I was born singing, I've sung all my life and growing up in a theatrical family mean't I was surrounded by music from dusk till dawn. I started having lessons aged 9 in Cornwall and by 16 had taken my Grade 8 Singing Exams with both the London College of Music and ABRSM. At 16 I attended the Italia-Conti School of Performing Arts in London and graduated with a Diploma in Acting. Afterwards I went to Goldsmiths University of London where I achieve a Second Class Honours Degree in Music. I have performed in many operas, plays and musicals from My Fair Lady and Oliver to Die Flaudermaus and A Midsummer Nights Dream and you will regularly see me performing as a guest soloist with local choirs. Teaching, however, is my passion and joy! To see people develop their musical skills is a passion of mine - and if I have the honour of being your teacher I hope my passion for the arts might just rub off a little on you!
